Whether it is attending your first CSE meeting, fighting a long term suspension, or helping you navigate bullying issues, we are here to help. We represent parents and students in CSE and 504 Plan meetings as well as special education impartial/due process hearings. We also represent students and parents in disciplinary matters, bullying matters, discrimination and Title IX litigation.

 

When you are ready to put your dispositive wishes into writing, it’s important that your Will be thorough and be executed in the manner required by New York State Law. In addition to a Will, there are other important estate planning documents, such as a Power of Attorney and a Healthcare Proxy, that are also critical. We can provide you with a description of the available resources and develop an estate plan that accomplishes your goals.
