Suzanne Holt

Associate Attorney

Suzanne Holt has been an attorney for over 30 years.  At Gellen Law PLLC she specializes in landlord/tenant law.  Prior positions include Director of Community Relations & Consumer Outreach and Regulatory Attorney at Central Hudson; and the Ulster County Economic Developer and an Assistant Deputy County Executive with the Ulster County government.  Suzanne practiced Social Security Disability law in a small firm in Newburgh and Medicare law at the Medicare Rights Center in New York City.

Suzanne and her family live in New Paltz.  She is a Rotarian and volunteers at the People's Place food pantry, the Bardavon and UPAC.  She loves to hike, bike run and ski, as well as knit, quilt and play Mahjong.
